Shipping Policy

Free UK Delivery

Free standard UK delivery is included with every GREENER kit. There are no additional standard-delivery charges added at checkout.

Dispatch and Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm on working days are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are normally dispatched on the next working day.

Standard UK delivery normally takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or periods of unusually high demand.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available, the email will include your tracking details. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Seasonal Subscription Orders

Seasonal Subscription kits are dispatched at the appropriate point in the UK lawn-care calendar. We will send a dispatch notification for each delivery.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact hello@grassisalwaysgreener.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and, where relevant, photographs. GREENER will arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Address Accuracy

Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.
