Common Questions
When will my order arrive?
All GREENER orders are shipped via DPD Next Working Day delivery. Order before 2pm and your kit is dispatched the same day, arriving the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or over a weekend, go out the following working day. You'll get a DPD tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What is the 60-Day Lawn Pledge?
Every GREENER kit is backed by our 60-Day Lawn Pledge: apply the full system as instructed, and if you don't see visible improvement within 60 days, we'll refund every penny. No small print, no hoops.
What if I don't see results?
First, email us at hello@grassisalwaysgreener.co.uk with a couple of photos of your lawn — most "no result" cases come down to a quick fix in timing or application. If we can't get you there, you're covered by the 60-Day Lawn Pledge above.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. The Seasonal Care Subscription has no contract — cancel any time from your account, no fees, no questions asked.
Do I need to prepare my lawn before applying GREENER?
A quick mow and a clear of debris is all you need. Full prep steps for your specific products are in our Application Guides.
